微硅粉是生产硅铁或金属硅的工业粉尘,经回收制成。 由于生产硅铁或金属硅使用温度很高的电炉,挥发的硅在空气中氧化成二氧化硅,在空气中形成微小的颗粒(直径在10~100nm之间),通过除尘设备回收,打包后制成微硅粉产品(俗称硅灰)。微硅粉主要用于水泥或混凝土材料,以改善水泥或混凝土的性能,配制具有超高强(C70以上)耐磨、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀、抗渗透、抗冻、早强的特种混凝土,广泛应用于大坝、大型水库、水电站、海港码头、铁路桥梁、高速公路等工程。
由于微硅粉的粒径只有水泥的大约百分之一,因而可以填充水泥间的空隙,提高体系的密实性,从而提高强度、抗渗、耐磨、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀、抗冻、早强等性能。试验表明,掺微硅粉6~8%取代水泥,水泥砂浆强度不降低,约增加用水量20%,而相同压力的渗透高度比只有0.3。可见微硅粉配合高效减水剂使用,减除多余水分后,可大幅提高混凝土强度及抗渗等综合性能。

使用方法及注意事项:
- 掺量:推荐掺量为6~8%。
- 对抗渗混凝土、耐海水侵蚀混凝土、耐磨混凝土,内掺硅粉后,约增加用水量10%,强度不变。
- 配制高强、早强混凝土应配合高效减水剂使用,配高强混凝土应选用低硫酸钠低引气的高效减水剂。
- 使用硅粉混凝土比普通混凝土延长搅拌时间30S,以保证混合均匀。
- 二次抹压:终凝前对混凝土进行二次抹压,最好在抹压后覆盖,以防水分蒸发过快引起表面裂纹。
- 保湿养护:终凝后2小时到4小时,即要对混凝土保湿养护,并且要在潮湿环境养护14天以上,养护方法可采用淋水保湿养护,覆盖保湿养护,或蓄水养护。
- 产品有效保质期为24个月,在贮运过程中要注意防潮。
包装:产品为塑料编织袋内衬塑料袋包装,每袋25公斤或30公斤。 加密微硅粉每袋50公斤。
Operating Instructions of Micro Silica Flour
Micro silica flour is the industry powder which product ferrosilicon and
metallic silicon, it is made by recycling. Because it use high temperature electric stove
to product ferrosilicon and metallic silicon, the volatile silicon oxidation turns into the
silicon dioxide in the air, forms into the small pellet in the air(diameter during
10~100nm), is recycled by dust-removed equipment. It is called Micro Silica flour
production after it is packaged (popularly named silicon ash). The micro silicon powder
mainly uses in the cement or the concrete material, so that to improve the cement or the
concrete performance. The configuration of the strong special concrete has ultra excels in
(above C70) wear-resisting, erosion resistance, anti-corrosive, anti-infiltration,
antifreeze. It widely used in dam, large reservoir, hydroelectric power station, harbor
wharf, railway bridge, highway project.
Because particle size of the micro silica flour is only about1% of the
cement, thus it may fill crevice between the cement, enhances the density of the system,
improves strength, impermeability, wear-resisting, erosion resistance, anti-corrosive,
antifreeze performance and so on. The experiment indicated that, mixes about 6~8%the micro
silica flour to replace cement, the cement mortar intensity does not reduce, approximately
increases with the water volume 20%, but the same pressure infiltration height ratio only
has 0.3. Obviously the micro silica flour combined use of super plasticizer, can largely
enhances the concrete intensity and infiltration and so on the overall performance after
removing unnecessary moisture.

Application method and attention to the issues:

Volume:
Recommended for the content of 6~8%.
●
Impermeability of the concrete, concrete resistance of seawater erosion, abrasion
-resistance concrete mixes the silica flour, approximately increases 10% water volume, and
keeps the intensity invariable.
●
Preparation
excels in intensity, dry-strength concrete should be combined use of super plasticizer,
should be used with intensity concrete with low sodium low gas super
plasticizer.
●
It takes more
than 30S mixing time than ordinary concrete to use silica flour concrete, in order to
ensure uniform mixing.
●
Twice
rolling and pressing: In order to prevent excessive quickly evaporation from surface
cracks, it is better to cover to roll the surface and press on concrete before final
setting after rolling and pressing.
●
Moisture Conservation: Must be to moisture conservation for concrete, and
in the humid environmental conservation is more than 14 days, conservation methods can be
water-poured moisture conservation, coverage moisture conservation, or water-stored
conservation after final setting reaches to 2 to 4
hour.
● The guarantee time of the product is 24 months,
must be pay attention to moisture-proof in the process of storage and
transportation.
Package: The packing of the product is the plastic-weaving bag lining
plastic bag inside, 25 or 30 kilogram per bag.
